The seeds of The Paliwal Group were first sown in the year 1975 in Mumbai, Maharashtra by Late Mr. Jamnalal Purohit who had over 50 years of experience in the field of milk and milk products. The Paliwal group since then has been supplying milk all over Mumbai.
Under the wining vision of his son, Mr. Chandrashekhar Purohit, who today has over 30 years of experience in the dairy industry, The Paliwal Group expanded into Paliwal Sons Dairy Pvt. Ltd in the year 2006. The said dairy started it’s operations in Dholpur, Rajasthan. In the recent years, under his expert guidance, his younger brother Mr. Yash Purohit, who today has an experience of about 5 years in the industry, has taken the reins of many departments in his hands. Guiding all the staff for increased production while maintaining their trustworthy high quality of all the milk products.
With the capacity to handle 3 lakh litres of buffalo milk every day, the dairy plant manufactures approximately 500 tonnes of white butter, 400 tonnes of white ghee and 700 tonnes of Skimmed Milk Powder every month.
They expanded the production department by establishing yet another dairy plant in Maksi in the year 2016, which today handles 1.5 lakh litres of milk every day.
The colour of all the products is ultra-white, due to the rich quality of milk procured by the dairy. The technicians at Paliwal Sons Dairy work hard to strictly adhere to the highest food quality standards to make sure the products are of supreme quality. With each lot of production, the products are thoroughly tested in their own laboratory and reports are generated for clients’ reference. Paliwal Sons Dairy Pvt. Ltd. has its name and fame spread through the expanse of the country and the clientele is now fast increasing to the southern parts of India.

Paliwal Sons Dairy Pvt. Ltd. handles buffalo milk and produces buffalo milk products like butter, ghee and Skimmed Milk Powder for manufacturers of milk products such as Paneer, Mawa, Curd, Icecream, Bakery products like cakes and pastries, Biscuits, Chocolates, Candies, Ghee, Mithai etc.
